Driver Training Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a motivated Assembly and Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and assembling advanced simulator systems.

You will assist with setup, testing, calibration, and installations, work closely with engineering and support teams, document issues, and grow your skills through training and mentorship in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls and support requests.
• Document, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues professionally and accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Assist with the assembly, setup, and calibration of high-end driving simulators.
• Perform functional testing to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide support to senior technicians during simulator installations and upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety and quality procedures.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer and technical issues.
• Report recurring problems and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge and customer service skills.
