Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a driver for a regional lane with driver unload using an electric pallet jack. The role handles palletized batteries and supports multi-stop loads across IN, IL, IA, MO, WI.

Requires CDL-A with current DOT medical card, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test. Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 60 days, with a 5-day workweek and two consecutive weekend days off.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations in the last 3 years.
• Verifiable trailer driving experience with a good employment record.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Regional lane with driver unload using an electric pallet jack.
• 2-3 loads per week, each load multi-stop.
• Shift is 5 days with 2 consecutive weekend days off; start Sunday or Monday with weekly multi-stop routes.
• Lane operates mainly in IN, IL, IA, MO, WI.

Job description

Regional lane with driver unload with an electric pallet jack returning core. Freight are palletized batteries.

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

$31.00 per hour

Drivers MUST have HAZMAT endorsement within 60 days

Shift and schedule: 5 work days with 2 consecutive days off on the weekend. Drivers will start Sunday or Monday with multi-stop loads through the week.

2-3 loads per week with each one being multi-stop

Lane operates mainly in IN, IL, IA, MO, WI

QUALIFICATIONS

Drivers must be able to pass a drug test. SAP candidates are not accepted

Must have a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents OR violations within the last 3 years.

Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good record employment and driving according to the type of driver, either experienced or graduate.

Drivers must be at least 21 year old; have a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT medical card
