Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Petoskey, Michigan is seeking full-time and part-time drivers. The role requires driving a 26-foot box truck, leading a moving team, and providing excellent customer service. What We Offer

• $21 per hour for full‑time and part‑time drivers, plus tips and bonuses; driver pay increases to $23 per hour after training.
• Full‑time availability Monday–Saturday required; all drivers assist with moving responsibilities.

About the Role

• Act as team leader and execute a game plan for each move.

• Work with a team to safely move, pack, unpack, load, and unload customers’ belongings.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Work hard and have fun helping customers.

Who We’re Looking For

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record to be a driver; company will support obtaining a chauffeur’s license and DOT physical.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more).
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English.
• Reliable attendance.
• Highly motivated and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience as a non‑CDL driver or in general labor, loading/unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful but not required.
