The 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise in West Babylon, NY is hiring immediately for Truck Team Members. We are part of the world’s largest junk removal service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.

Truck Team Member - General Labor, Driver & Customer Service

• Hours: Mon‑Sat 7am – 8pm. Full‑time hours within 4 days allows 3 days off each week.
• Pay: $18‑25/hr (average all‑in including base pay, tips, bonuses and other incentives). Cash tips paid daily; opportunity for pay increase after 90‑days and regular reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive 1‑800‑GOT‑JUNK? trucks to customer locations.
• Visit customers’ homes or businesses to take away unwanted items.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Recycling, donating, or otherwise diverting waste from landfills whenever possible.

Qualifications

• 23+ years of age (for insurance purposes).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Reliable, hard‑working, and with a great attitude.
• Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required).
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
