Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical, and drug screen
• Capability to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs, including stairs and obstacles
• No theft charges or felony offenses within the past 7 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Smartphone ownership and proficiency in its use
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork, even if it requires longer hours

Responsibilities

• Operate moving trucks safely, ensuring secure transportation of items

• Perform inventory checks before and after moves
• Implement efficient packing strategies for safety and space optimization
• Navigate routes efficiently, complying with traffic laws
• Address challenges and customer concerns professionally and compassionately
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and reliability
• Communicate effectively with team and customers, providing updates
• Train and mentor new team members, instilling the "hardest worker" ethos
