Plaintalentconnection is seeking a dependable Driver/Worker in Montana to safely transport crew members to job sites, tow trailers, and support exterior construction projects. You must own a reliable 3/4-ton pickup truck and be willing to haul tools, equipment, and materials while working with a team outdoors.

The role offers competitive pay based on experience, with additional compensation for using your personal truck for company work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Own a reliable 3/4-ton pickup capable of towing trailers and hauling materials.
• Experience towing trailers safely and confidently.
• Able to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport crew members, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
• Tow equipment and trailers using your personal 3/4-ton truck.
• Assist with installation of metal roofing systems.
• Help install and repair exterior siding.
• Assist with soffit and fascia installation and replacement.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule.

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our crew as a Driver/Worker. This position requires someone who can safely drive crew members to job sites, tow company trailers, and work alongside the team completing exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate must own a reliable 3/4-ton pickup truck suitable for hauling trailers, tools, equipment, and materials. Compensation will be provided for the use of the employee's truck. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work throughout the day.
• Ability to work on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
