Vintures Wine Experiences LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable Delivery Route Driver to support our growing delivery business across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This part-time role offers 15–25 hours per week with potential to grow into full-time as volume increases.

The driver will use a company vehicle, operate in a multi-city route pattern, and handle loading, unloading, and on-time deliveries, including early-morning windows for grocers like H-E-B.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move cases weighing 30–50 lbs.
• Comfortable driving throughout North Texas and occasionally on longer regional routes.
• Experience in delivery, grocery, DSD or route-driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled delivery routes safely and efficiently.
• Pick up, organize and load orders from our Dallas storage location.
• Deliver orders within designated customer receiving windows.
• Load and unload cases of wine.
• Verify order accuracy at delivery.
• Communicate delivery status, delays or issues to Vintures operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with grocery, retail and restaurant customers.
• Keep the company vehicle and Dallas storage area clean and organized.
• Use a smartphone for navigation and delivery communication.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Complete occasional longer-distance regional routes as scheduled.

Delivery Route Driver – Dallas/Fort Worth

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time initially, with potential to grow into Full-Time
Expected Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week initially
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Variable weekday routes based on delivery needs
Delivery Hours: Routes may begin as early as 4:00 AM and typically finish by mid-afternoon. Longer regional routes may occasionally run later.

Position Summary

Vintures Wine is seeking a dependable route driver to support our growing retail, grocery, and restaurant delivery business throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This position will initially be part-time, averaging approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our North Texas delivery volume increases.

The driver will be based in Dallas, where Vintures maintains local inventory and a company delivery vehicle. Regular routes will primarily cover Dallas, Fort Worth, North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Denton and surrounding areas.

There may also be occasional longer-distance routes into West Texas, including Abilene, Lubbock, Midland and Odessa.

Many of our grocery customers, including H-E-B, have strict early-morning receiving windows, so reliability and punctuality are extremely important.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently and taking responsibility for their own routes, with the potential for increased hours and responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Delivery Area

Regular routes may include:

• Dallas
• Fort Worth
• North Dallas
• Plano
• Frisco
• Denton
• Surrounding North Texas areas

As delivery volume grows, the position may also include occasional regional routes to West Texas, including Abilene, Lubbock, Midland and Odessa.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual, particularly for early-morning routes
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move cases weighing approximately 30–50 lbs
• Comfortable driving throughout North Texas and occasionally on longer regional routes
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Prior delivery, grocery, DSD or route-driving experience preferred
• H-E-B or other grocery/DSD receiving experience is a strong plus

Schedule

Some days may involve shorter local routes, while occasional regional routes may require a longer workday. Routes may begin as early as 4:00 AM, particularly for grocery deliveries with early receiving windows.

Availability for early-morning routes and occasional longer-distance regional deliveries is preferred.
