Job summary

Mason Technologies seeks a dependable Driver / Warehouse Associate to support transportation and warehouse operations in the Tri-State Area. You will deliver, load, and unload materials, maintain safety, and coordinate with project teams.

When not driving, you’ll assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventories, and maintaining a clean warehouse. A valid license, safety focus, and forklift willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional driving, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Previous experience driving vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, or light-duty commercial vehicles preferred.
• DOT medical card or CDL is a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; willingness to become certified is required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately track delivery documentation, inventory, and materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
• Comfortable working both on the road and in a warehouse environment.
• Ability and willingness to drive throughout the Tri-State Area on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up materials, tools, equipment, and supplies from vendors, warehouses, and job sites throughout the Tri-State Area.
• Safely operate company vans, pickup trucks, and other company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Verify delivery and pickup documentation and ensure materials arrive at the correct location and on schedule.
• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with Project Managers, Operations, Purchasing, and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with urgent, time-sensitive, and same-day delivery requests as business needs require.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are properly fueled and ready for daily operations.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers, vendors, and job site personnel.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Foster an inclusive work culture that incorporates the Mason Family values.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and accuracy against PO, packing slips, etc.
• Pick, pack, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects.
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring materials are handled safely.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, equipment, stock, tools, and project-specific materials.
• Label, track, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist with routine inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, and field teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Assist with warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, and special projects as assigned.
