Premium Powder Coating in Longmont, CO seeks a Driver / Warehouse & Shipping Support to join a hands-on team. This role combines driving, warehouse work, shipping, loading, and order organization.

No CDL is required, but a valid license and DOT compliance are mandatory. Expect to operate a 26-ft box truck, forklifts, and overhead cranes, with responsibilities in packing, loading, and shipping finished orders.

Qualifications

• No CDL required.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Comfort operating 26-ft box and flatbed trucks.
• MVR clean at time of interview.
• Meet DOT medical requirements and drug testing.
• Able to perform physical warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate 26-ft box truck and provide deliveries/pickups.
• Safely load/unload trucks and secure loads.
• Pack/strap/secure orders for shipment.
• Inspect loads for proper securing and safe travel.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed.
• Keep shipping/staging areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate order movement with leads and track completions.
