Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions is seeking a dependable Driver / Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations, transport materials to jobsites, and maintain inventory accuracy in Virginia. This role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment within our Traffic Safety Supplies network.

You will operate company trucks, manage delivery logs, and help keep the warehouse organized while supporting safety and efficiency in our traffic control supply operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver's license with a DOT card.
• Comfortable driving a 20’ flatbed truck.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or material handling experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with warehouse organization and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and vehicles to transport materials and supplies to and from job sites when needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage areas.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and yard safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/yard.
• Perform general labor duties assigned on project sites.
• Support emergency deliveries or after-hours material requests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

Job Summary

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit down for extended periods of time while operating a forklift
