Job summary

Proconex is hiring an entry-level Driver & Warehouse Associate in Royersford, PA. No experience required; we provide structured training. Expect to drive to customer locations in NJ/PA, manage shipping/receiving, and assist with basic assembly. Must pass DOT requirements and have a valid license.

Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour with opportunities for advancement into field technician roles or leadership within the warehouse. Includes strong benefits and an ESOP company culture.

This role is open because our current driver was just promoted to a Field Technician position. We develop careers here.

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented entry-level driver and warehouse associates to join Proconex. No experience required—we provide structured training.

What You'll Do:

• Drive company vehicles delivering parts to customer locations throughout NJ/PA
• Handle warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
