Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to support insulation product production. You will load/unload, operate a forklift, monitor inventory, and back up driving duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have and maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical card.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.

The Warehouse Associate is mainly responsible for helping with production of insulation products such as loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, operating a forklift, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position will also be a backup driver when needed and will deliver products to job sites based on a provided schedule.

• Ensures truck maintenance standards are met.
• Performs daily pre-trip inspections.
• Completes daily DOT logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.
• One year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last five years, required.
• Must have and be able to maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements, required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical card, required.
• Experience operating a forklift, a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
