Job summary

Bosch is hiring a Driver/ Warehouse Associate at our Westbrook, ME location. The role combines delivery duties with warehouse support to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will operate large commercial vehicles, perform vehicle inspections, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management while upholding safety standards and FIFO processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience as a delivery driver, operating commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds).
• 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds) to deliver products to customers and other company locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Efficiently pick, load, and unload products using material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Manage customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service during deliveries
• Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Assist with order picking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles
• Process returned products, inspecting for damage and securing items for safe return
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with branch team members to support overall operations and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to the company's Zero Harm culture
• Assist with other branch activities as needed to ensure operational success
