Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, load, and unload products using material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Manage customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service during deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Assist with order picking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to FIFO principles.
• Process returned products, inspecting for damage and securing items for safe return.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with branch team members to support overall operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to Zero Harm culture.
• Assist with other branch activities as needed to ensure operational success.
