Job summary

Pacific Plumbing Supply in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to join our team. The role supports loading/unloading, stocking shelves, and organizing Will Call orders, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position typically runs Monday through Friday during the day. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a clean driving record (21+ to drive). We offer full benefits and a long-term career path within a family-owned, employee-driven company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred; training offered for the right candidate.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. daily.
• Primarily Monday–Friday, Day shift.

Job DetailsSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to join the Pacific Plumbing Supply team in our Puyallup location.

What you will do:

• Safely load and unload trucks. Check-in delivered product and stock shelves.
• Pull and stage customer Will Call orders while ensuring the accuracy of orders and prioritizing daily workloads
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean warehouse.
• Drive forklift (in-house forklift certification)
• Assist in inventory control
• Ensure accuracy of orders and prioritize daily workloads and deadlines
• Contribute professionally to the efforts of the branch at all times.
• Perform duties of backup driver when necessary (if qualified) and perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWho we are looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years of age to be an approved driver.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. frequently on a daily basis.
• Primarily Monday thru Friday – Day shift
