Premium Loaves in Temple, TX is seeking team members to handle Inshopper tasks and deliveries, providing friendly service and accurate order fulfillment. The role requires punctuality, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and dress code standards.

You will take phone orders, process delivery tickets, collect payments with correct change, and reconcile cash with management at the end of shifts. Benefits include dental, medical, vision, and retirement matching for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Inshopper tasks while not on a delivery.
• Know your schedule, arrive on time or call your manager before a scheduled start if late.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
• Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner within the established delivery area only.
• Accepts payment from customers for orders and provides correct change without cash handling errors.
• Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales, including accepting tips and DMR and confirming miles driven for the shift based on the current systems in place.
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Salary Range: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
