Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking CDL A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to join a stable, community-focused team. You’ll load and deliver petroleum products safely on a set 5-day schedule with two consecutive days off, and you’ll be home daily.

Qualifications

• CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required.
• DOT physicals, background checks, and drug screens required.
• 2+ years CDL driving experience; preferred with liquids.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Must possess DOT Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver petroleum products safely.
• Work a set schedule of 5 days with 2 consecutive days off.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Enter loads into tablet and submit BOLs daily.
• Comply with DOT requirements; participate in pre-employment checks.

• Load and Deliver petroleum products safely
• Work a set scheduled shift of 5 days with 2 consecutive days off every week
• Conduct proper pre-trips and post-trips daily
• Complete loads in the tablet and submit BOLs daily
• As part of our pre-employment hiring process DOT physicals, background checks, and drug screens are performed for all driver candidates
• Other duties as assigned
• CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card), or the ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years' experience as a CDL truck driver, preferably with liquid/ potential shifting loads.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Must possess and maintain a D.O.T Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA Medical Standards.
• Ability to adapt and anticipate unexpected situations such as traffic, weather, road conditions, schedule changes, etc.
• Ability to regularly lift, push and pull 30 - 50 pounds and use fuel hoses and related equipment.
