Job summary

Western Express, Inc. is looking for safe, seasoned drivers to become trainer specialists. As a trainer, you’ll show the new generation how it’s done, training drivers to haul earnings and stay safe on the road.

Trainers enjoy high pay with uncapped mileage, fast-track evaluation to train in as little as 30 days, and regional or OTR lanes depending on location. Our fleet features up-to-date trucks and safety tech.

We offer:

HIGH RATES – Driver trainers now earn up to 63 CPM!

NEW SAFETY BONUS– Earn 5 CPM (van) or 7 CPM (flatbed) and take home up to $800 more every month!*

ENDLESS MILES– Trainers are always busy! Earn on your miles and your trainees' miles!

Fast-Track Evaluation: Get approved to train is as little as 30 days!
