McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee to learn essential distribution functions and work toward earning a Class A CDL within six months. The role exposes you to warehouse and delivery operations while you train with experienced drivers.
During training you’ll earn $18.00 per hour, then $21.00 per hour after training, with Day 1 medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life insurance and other benefits. You will participate in safe, compliant driving and customer deliveries.

As a Driver Trainee, you will learn the essential functions of the Driver job including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. The Driver Trainee gains exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of the developmental process of becoming a McLane Driver.
