Job summary

zTrip Worldwide is seeking a motivated Driver Talent Acquisition professional in Albuquerque, NM to lead the driver recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing transport company.

You will coordinate screenings, background checks, and onboarding, while maintaining a robust pipeline and collaborating with operations to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach efforts.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Guide applicants through the entire hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, licensing verification, and employment documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate new driver orientations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Partner closely with operations and management teams to meet driver staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives to promote employment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
