Job summary

Imperial Brady in Catano, PR seeks a Driver (Straight Truck)/ CDL-B Delivery Driver to safely operate a 24' box truck, load/unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and deliver to customer locations.

You will maintain logs, inspect the vehicle, and provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• CDL-B license required and valid.
• Able to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Clean driving record and safe driving history.
• At least 1 year of CDL-B driving and 1 year of route delivery.
• Experience using pallet jacks and lift gates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24' box truck (GVW 26,000) and deliver to designated locations.
• Load/unload using hand tools, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and dispatch communication.
• Inspect truck before/after trips and report issues promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during delivery.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure correct delivery and access.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5:00 am to finish.

The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

You Will

• Safely operate a 24' box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You Have

• A valid commercial driver's license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
