Job summary

Herbruck's Poultry Ranch, Inc. is seeking a full-time Transportation associate responsible for delivering poultry to and from farm locations and ensuring high-quality care for birds. The role requires a CDL-A, a driver with experience handling 53’ trailers, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is expected. The position emphasizes safety, load securing, truck cleanliness, and adherence to FMCSA hours and biosecurity standards while performing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL-A preferred.
• Experience driving 53’ Trailer.
• Be able to proficiently read and speak the English language.
• 2 years’ experience driving truck, delivery experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job, able to work with birds directly.
• Ability to comply with animal welfare and to report incidents to preserve health and welfare of birds.

• Ability to stoop, bed, climb push and lift up to 55 lbs and occasionally 100lbs.

Safety:
