Mass General Brigham is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver for evening shifts, 25 hours weekly, on-site at 80 Blossom Street. You will transport passengers safely, follow scheduled routes, and maintain accurate logs, while providing courteous service and complying with fleet policies.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of shuttle experience, and CDL with endorsements. Demonstrated driving skills and strong customer service are essential.

M-F 4:30pm-9:30pm 25 hrs / week.
Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles. Safely transports passengers to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Adheres to assignments in accordance with scheduled shuttle routes prepared by the Manager, Supervisor, and/or Dispatcher. Reports to the Supervisor of Transportation (or to a designated individual in the Supervisor's absence). Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers while en route to/from destinations. Follow established routes and departure time. Operates vehicles in accordance with Mass General Brigham Fleet Safety Program Policies and Procedures, as well as in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes.
Licenses and Credentials
MGH Security RMV Check/Registry of Motor Vehicles Driving Report - MGB Internal required. Commercial Drivers License [Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles required.
Experience
Proven experience as a shuttle bus driver 1-2 years required.
