Job summary

Kona Ice is seeking motivated Driver/Servers to join our local Krew for a variety of community events. You’ll help serve customers at school events, sports tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, and more.

This role combines customer service, event support, and general Krew responsibilities. Team members who are 18+ and meet driving requirements may drive Kona Ice vehicles to events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• Safe Serve certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Set up, prep, stock, and clean for scheduled events.
• Follow hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse areas.
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to management.
• For qualified drivers, safely drive to scheduled events and transport the Kona Ice vehicle.

Job description

We are looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable Driver/Servers to join our local Krew! This is a fun, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll help serve customers at a variety of community events, including school events, sports tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood gatherings, weddings, birthdays, and more.

This position combines customer service, event support, and general Krew responsibilities. Team members who are 18 or older and meet driving requirements may also be responsible for driving Kona Ice vehicles to scheduled events.

Tips

NOTE: Tips average an additional $3-5 per hour.

Fun, fast-paced work environment

Schedule

Flexible availability is important since our event schedule varies.

Weekends: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Weekdays: Hours vary depending on scheduled events, with shifts potentially taking place anytime within the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM timeframe.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers

Set up, prep, stock, and clean for scheduled events

Follow hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse areas

Assist the owner or manager with additional tasks as needed

Accurately complete required documentation

Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to management

For qualified drivers, safely drive to scheduled events and transport the Kona Ice vehicle

Requirements

Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a good driving record Must have reliable transportation Must have weekend availability Must be punctual, attentive, dependable, and quick on your feet Comfortable working with children and interacting with customers Safe Serve certification
