Job summary

Kona Ice of North Fairfax County is hiring driver-servers to join our mobile Kona Krew. We offer full-time and part-time openings; drivers must be at least 18 and have a clean driving record.

This is a fast-paced, fun role with diverse events from school functions to festivals, where you’ll be moving around the community. You’ll greet customers, provide quick service, follow hygiene guidelines, keep trucks clean, and handle basic prep and stocking at shifts' start and end.

• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously.
• Provide superior service to clients with speed and accuracy.
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks.
• Complete beginning and end-of-shift prepping and stocking.
• Read, count, and accurately complete documentation.
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to appropriate staff.

Hiring Immediately. We are looking for motivated and charismatic driver-servers to join our local Kona Krew. We're looking to fill both full and part-time positions. Driver-servers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Kona Ice driver-servers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. Being on time is a critical success factor. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working here is a perfect fit. Working with children is non-negotiable.
