Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Delivery Driver’s Helper to support loading, unloading, and moving products from delivery trucks. You will work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling and placement of materials.

Qualifications

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials between the delivery truck and designated areas.
• Reads work orders and follows instructions to identify materials to be moved.
• Operates pallet jack, forklift, or hand truck as required to move items safely.
• Maintains accuracy in handling and recording materials moved.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials from delivery truck to appropriate locations.
• Assist drivers in securing loads and ensuring correct placement of products.
• Maintain safe and organized work areas and follow company safety rules.
• Document material movements and report any issues to supervision.

Job Description Primary Location: Rapid City, South Dakota

Delivery Driver’s Helper - ALC:

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials and products from delivery truck by performing the following duties.
• Rides inside the cab of a delivery truck and loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, hand truck, forklift and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
• Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Conveys materials between truck and designated loading and delivery area.
• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
• Counts and records number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
