Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Driver to safely deliver vehicles and, when needed, assist customers, employees and vendors with professional service. The role operates on a part of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car brands through a broad global network, offering a robust benefits package.

The position starts at $18 per hour with merit-based increases on a 25-hour work week, located at a Rockville, MD area facility. Employee benefits include PTO, retirement savings, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone.
• May be asked to clean vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Driver. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.

This pay for this position starts at $18 / hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on a 25 hour work week and is located at 2273 Research Boulevard Suite 600 Rockville, MD 20850.

Schedules:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (approximately, +/- 1 or 2 hours)


• Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (approximately, +/- 1 or 2 hours)

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.


• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted preferred


• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
