Coastal Elite Pro in Abilene, TX is seeking a Residential/Municipal Driver to collect refuse from rural routes, monitor and improve route efficiency, and perform pre/post trip inspections.

You will operate a Class B CDL, ensure DOT compliance, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents along your routes. This role requires a Texas CDL, willingness to relocate if needed, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years of waste industry experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening.
