What You’ll Do

• Lead Driver Recruitment
  Develop and execute strategies to attract reliable, qualified drivers. Set clear hiring goals and work to exceed them.
• Drive Outreach & Engagement
  Use creative outreach methods to find top talent. Ensure every applicant enjoys a smooth, professional experience.
• Guide Hiring & Onboarding
  Host info sessions, support IC onboarding, and walk candidates through each step up to vehicle assignment.
• Manage Processes & Reporting
  Maintain accurate applicant records and provide recruitment performance updates to leadership.
• Strengthen Retention & Teamwork
  Collaborate with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support long-term driver success and a positive work culture.
