The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and communicating DOT-informed employment details to applicants while coordinating orientation schedules. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of driver recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience for drivers or similar roles.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and employment laws is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes.

This range is based on market data and internal equity.
