Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is seeking a Driver Recruiter to attract top driver talent and manage onboarding for drivers and CDL-A students.

You will conduct daily recruiting activities, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding, drug screens, and physicals, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure DOT compliance and a smooth experience.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent for PAM Transport fleet and campus CDL-A program
• Conduct daily recruiting activities to source driver and student candidates
• Achieve weekly hiring goals of 2+ drivers and 2–3 students per quarter
• Field inbound inquiries from prospective recruits
• Enter recruitment activity into the system and maintain up-to-date records
• Screen candidates over the phone after applications
• Guide candidates through onboarding from application to hire
• Schedule pre-employment drug screens and physicals
• Coordinate onboarding and school arrival with candidates
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and DOT compliance

In this role, you will engage with prospective drivers and/or students, providing valuable information about opportunities at PAM Transport and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. Your efforts will play a key role in building a strong and successful driver workforce. **Pay and Schedule**This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
