The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both DOT, driver, and non-DOT, non driver roles to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION
Min/Preferred Education Level Description: 4 Years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years recruiting for DOT driver roles

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
