Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports North, a Houston-area dealership group, seeks a Driver/Porter to support motorcycle and trailer operations. You will inspect trailers and motorcycles, ensuring tires, lighting and fluids are maintained, and assist with moving motorcycles weighing 600–800 lb.

The role requires a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one), the ability to back a 20ft trailer in heavy traffic, and a safety-focused, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
• Experience riding and handling motorcycles.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect a truck and 20ft trailer weekly to ensure tires, lighting and fluids are maintained.
• Back and maneuver a 20ft trailer safely and accurately in heavy traffic.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds of material.
• Safely balance and push a 600 to 800 lb motorcycle.

Team Mancuso Powersports is a groupof seven high-volume franchised motorsport dealerships in the Metro Houston area including Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory and all of the metric brands We employ enthusiastic, motivated people in Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel. We’re dedicated to guaranteeing our customers receive everything needed to “live the dream” on their new motorcycle, ATV, UTV, Trike or Personal Watercraft.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Experience riding and handling motorcycles of all sizes.
• Current, valid Driver's License with a Motorcycle Endorsement or willing to obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Detail experience is a plus

What you'll do:

• Be detail and safety oriented, must be able to inspect a truck and 20ft trailer on a weekly basis to ensure that tires, lighting and fluids are maintained.
• Must be able to back and maneuver a 20ft trailer safely and accurately in heavy traffic.
• Occasionally requires the ability to lift 50 pounds of material.
• Requires the ability to safely balance and push a 600 to 800 lb. motorcycle.
