Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in the United States seeks a dedicated Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for clients on their recovery journey. You will accompany clients to regional locations, supervise during transport, and handle light duties to support operations.

This role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork. We offer multiple shifts, competitive hourly pay of $15–$16, and opportunities to advance to supervisory or coordinator roles across locations, with training and benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience for a company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from designated locations.
• Supervise clients during transport.
• Fulfill light housekeeping duties when not transporting.
• Maintain all required documentation for services provided.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure client safety.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift

• Tuesday - Saturday - Days Off: Sunday and Monday 4:00pm - 12:00am
• Sunday - Thursday - Days Off: Friday and Saturday 4:00pm - 12:00am
• Tuesday - Saturday - Days Off: Sunday and Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Monday - Friday - Days Off: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am -4:00pm

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00/hour based on experience.

We offer career advancement opportunities, including roles such as Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor, Transportation Supervisors, Case Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, Counselor Assistants, LPN, and more, contingent on additional education and experience. Positions are available at different locations and in different states.

Responsibilities:

• Transport clients to and from specified regional locations
• Supervise clients while transporting
• Fulfill housekeeping duties at specified locations when not transporting

• Respond to emergency situations
• Work independently Lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of driving experience for a company Team player with confidentiality and safety awareness
• Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
• Maintain a safe driving record
