Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC through its Oro brand is seeking drivers for a flexible, part-time position in California. The role provides a company vehicle at no cost, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, and pays hourly with tips and potential bonuses.

You'll transport passengers via Uber, ensuring a friendly, professional experience while adhering to safety procedures. Schedules are designed for flexibility with three shift options and part-time hours, typically around 25–30 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Minimum one year of licensed driving experience.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to maintain a regular part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers who you connect with through the Uber app.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience and respond to passenger needs.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading items.
• Use GPS and maps to determine optimal routes.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protect company assets.
• Complete required pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Retrieve and return vehicles during each shift.

Schedule & Availability

Part-time schedules are designed for those seeking reliable income with greater flexibility. Part-time schedules average 25-30 hours per week.

Available Shift Options

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 days - 30 hours per week)
• 9:00 AM - 1:45 PM (5 days - 25 hours per week)
• 3:30 PM - 8:15 PM (5 days - 25 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $19.61 + tips
