Job summary

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Class A Over the Road Driver to load and transport non-hazardous used oil filters to customer sites across the United States. Candidates will generally travel up to 4 overnights weekly and be home on weekends.

Qualified applicants have a Class A CDL and at least two years of commercial driving experience. Manual transmission is a plus. You will operate under DOT and company safety guidelines while supporting our safety-first culture.

• Ability to travel up to 85% of the time and be home on weekends.

Safety-Kleen locations in Easton and Astoria IL

are seeking a Class A Over the Road Driver. As a Class A Driver you will be loading and transporting non-hazardous used oil filters at customer locations throughout the United States. Candidates will generally be traveling up to 4 overnights weekly and home on weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Travelling to customer sites to pick up dumpsters filled with used oil;
• Following all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules;
• Operating vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state and federal requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL License required;
