Job summary

World Electric is hiring a Warehouse Driver Pro to join our Orlando team. You will drive a company truck to deliver materials to customers, ensuring safe operation and proper condition of products. Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive hourly rate and full benefits.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, DOT medical clearance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work closely with sales and management to meet customer needs and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• DOT Medical Card and clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle safely and deliver materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to transport materials to customers.
• Ensure truck is in safe operating condition and clean.
• Assist with pallet construction and loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent service and communicate with sales/management to meet customer needs.
• Promote a safe work environment and participate in company safety programs.

Job Description

As a World Electric Warehouse Driver, you will be the face of the company driving a company provided truck to transport materials to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include operating company equipment in a safe manner, while ensuring that our product is in perfect condition and ready for our customers. The responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a Warehouse Driver but may vary accordingly.

• Ensure truck is in safe operating condition and maintains a clean appearance.

• Communicate with sales associates or manager through problem solving to meet customer needs.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50lbs.

• Construct pallets based on delivery area preventing stock from being damaged on delivery.

• Acts in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and World associates.

• Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting a safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
