Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Marion, IN is seeking a Driver/Operations team member to act as a general backup to the Applicators. This role supports outbound/inbound Agronomy products, operates tender trucks, and helps maintain safety and equipment at the facility.

You will report to the location manager and contribute to daily operations. The position requires CDL preference, strong communication, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• CDL (Class A or B) preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and team player attitude.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom application equipment.

• Maintain facility grounds including mowing and spraying weeds.
• Communicate daily activities to location manager.
