DLM Pro in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable driver to support daily vehicle operations, drive 4–8 hours per day, and perform basic software and hardware tasks. This is a full-time role with paid training and opportunities for night and weekend differentials.

Responsibilities

• Support daily vehicle operations.
• Drive vehicles 4–8 hours per day.

• Assist with field missions inside and outside vehicles.

• Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering and operations teams.
• Support vehicle logistics, maintenance, and readiness.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay $27 per hour
• Full-time hours
• Weekend shift differential +5%
• Additional pay available for eligible night shifts
• Weekend night shifts may qualify for the highest available differential

• Tuesday – Saturday (Night Shift)

Training

• 2–4 days of paid training
• Conducted at an out-of-state training location
