Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver and pick up equipment to customer worksites, operating a vehicle with a gross weight under 26,000 pounds in urban, suburban and rural conditions.

Eligible candidates typically have a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to read, write and communicate with customers, and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Bilingual abilities may be required at some locations.

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Delivery Driver. As a driver, you will deliver and pick up various equipment and supplies to customer worksite. This driver role operates a vehicle that has a gross weight of less than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones, urban, suburban and rural traffic.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers
• Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely in variety of driving situations & conditions
• Knowledge of tools & equipment based on assigned store's fleet
• Detail orientation to ensure timely, accurate paperwork
• Bilingual speakers may be required at some locations

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $24.58 - 36.87

Length of Service Awards

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
