Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Part Time Driver to deliver vehicles to rental locations and customers with safety and courtesy. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to read and follow directions, and a commitment to excellent service at Stewart International Airport area in New Windsor, NY.

Starting pay is $17.60 per hour with merit-based increases. Regular weekend and weekday shifts are possible, with a schedule of two full days per week and hours 8am–6pm with a 30-minute break.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver\'s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the New Windsor location.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or campus/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or as needed following all traffic laws.
• Provide safe and courteous service to customers and other drivers.
• Travel with or follow another driver to drop off or pick up vehicles.
• Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate.
• Communicate via two-way radio or cellular device as required.
• May be asked to clean vehicles and perform related duties.

The starting rate of pay is $17.60 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. This position is located at 1130 1ST ST NEW WINDSOR, NY 12553-8431 (Stewart International Airport)

Responsibilities

The Part Time Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• May be asked to clean vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's U.S. license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment based work permit or other work authorization document now or in the future
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/ organizational experience or college/university attendance
