Job summary

Schneider in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. You will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers, coordinating routes, safety and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and teamwork, with responsibilities including driver payroll, home time, coaching, and collaboration with multiple teams to improve retention and service.

Qualifications
