Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Laredo, TX to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

The role emphasizes safety-conscious decisions, performance coaching of drivers, payroll responsibilities, and collaboration with multiple teams to improve retention and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
