Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Indianapolis, IN to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

On-site role with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with rotating Saturdays. The position involves leadership over drivers, payroll, and cross-team collaboration to improve retention and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
