Schneider in Buford, Georgia is hiring a Driver Manager to oversee driver performance and ensure on-time delivery. This role acts as the liaison between drivers, customers, and the business, focusing on safety, efficiency, and service quality.

You will coach drivers, manage payroll and home time, collaborate across teams, and help optimize retention and routes. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with 2:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m. shifts.
