Job summary

NRS, Inc. is seeking a Local Class A CDL Driver for local deliveries in North Bergen, NJ and the NYC area. Expect home daily and a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with onsite dispatch and paid orientation and safety training.

Qualified drivers have a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of recent Class A experience, and a clean driving history. DOT drug screen and physical are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications.
• Current DOT physical certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries within North Bergen, NYC area.
• Home daily with a 9am–6pm schedule.

Job Description

National Retail Transportation is seeking a skilled and reliable Local Truck Driver to join our team in NORTH BERGEN, NJ. This job will consist of local deliveries. Drivers must be comfortable with city driving. Freight is a combination of pallet deliveries with some drop and hook.

Local Class A CDL Driver

• Home Time: Home Daily
• Pay: $27 per Hour
• Weekly Average: $1,000 to $1,200
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift: 9am to 6pm
• Service Area: Local deliveries, NYC Required
• Weekly pay, consistent income

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
