Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A local routes in Jessup, MD, with home daily.
• Perform drop & hook and live loads/unloads as required.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
• Follow schedule and ensure timely deliveries within local area.

Job Description

KEYSTONE FREIGHT is seeking skilled and reliable CDL-A Local Truck Drivers to join our team in JESSUP, MD. Freight is a combination of drop & hook and live loads/unloads, providing a consistent local schedule with drivers home daily.

What we offer our truck drivers:

• Home time: Home Daily
• Pay: $30 per hour
• Average Weekly: $1500 to $1700
• Schedule: Monday to Fridayw/ some weekends (OT eligible)
• 1 st Shift
• Shift: 4:00AM to 2:30PM
• Weekly pay – consistent income
• Paid orientation & training

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
