Qualifications

• Experience working with the public in a customer service capacity.
• Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with state motor vehicle laws, licensing procedures, or regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry; fast-paced office experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• A clean driving record and ability to operate a variety of motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver license examinations, including knowledge, skills, and road tests.
• Verify identity, citizenship, residency, and immigration documents; review records.
• Process driver licenses, permits, and identification cards; maintain records.
• Provide customer service by explaining licensing requirements and procedures.
• Perform office operations including cash handling, inventory control, and coordination with staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
