Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members to drive a 24-foot box truck, remove items on-site, and provide friendly customer service. This full-time role includes day shifts into early evenings, with pay between $16 and $25 per hour and opportunities for tips and bonuses.

You need a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a positive attitude. No special license beyond standard driving is required; we train happy, hardworking individuals and offer a fast-paced, team-focused

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (past 3 years).
• Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly over a full shift.
• Previous experience in general labor, customer service, driving, and/or sales is a plus, but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company vehicle – Box Truck 24 Foot – on assigned service routes.
• Provide excellent customer service when onsite to remove items or give requested estimates.
• Transport and dispose of unwanted items responsibly.

Truck Team Members - Driver, Labor, & Customer Service

Hiring immediately for: Full Time Day Shift into Early evening. Pay: $16-$25/hr (average all-in with base pay, tips, bonuses, and other incentives). FT Saturdays Required Open Mon-Sun 8am start.

With 1-800-GOT-JUNK? each day is different. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Alongside another Truck Team Member, you'll operate the company vehicle-Box Truck 24 Foot (no special driver's license required) on assigned service routes for the day
• Providing excellent customer service when you're onsite to remove the items or give them an estimate that they've requested and educating them on our services
• Retrieving, transportation, and disposal of unwanted items, responsibly
