Job summary

TransWest Mobility is hiring a CDL training program participant in Seattle, WA. Upon successful completion, you transition into a CDL driver role serving corporate commuters and clients.

Earn $25.00–$28.50 per hour during training, rising to $28.50 per hour after certification. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), PTO, and paid training for the Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

Qualifications

• Must communicate proficiently in English.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass DOT requirements.
• Experience in customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete logs daily.
• Complete the sponsored training to obtain Passenger endorsement.
• Adhere to DOT rules and company safety standards.
